Online Purchase Terms

Orders

All items must be paid for in full at time of purchase. All orders are final, no refunds or exchanges. All orders are subject to these Online Purchase Terms, Website Terms and Conditions, and our company Privacy Policy.

Business Hours

Our store locations cannot assist with online transaction questions. Please be sure to utilize the chat feature on the bottom right hand side of the website, or within the contact us section of the app to contact customer service. Please allow 3-5 business days for a response, although we try to get to everyone sooner!

Shipping

All orders generally ship within five to seven (5-7) business days, unless otherwise noted in the product listing. Custom items will be shipped as soon as they are completed, which typically is within 2-3 weeks of purchasing, but could take longer depending on the specific order requirements. All items are shipped via USPS or UPS. Practical Magic Company is not responsible for any lost or damaged orders. All domestic shipments are made via USPS or UPS and are shipping by weight, and may be tracked with a location once shipped. Your tracking number will be sent to you directly once your item is shipped. International packages are seldom trackable once they leave the USA borders, even with purchased tracking. We will not be responsible for any associated customs fees.

Order quantities, prices, promotions may change at any time without notice. Practical Magic Company may modify, discontinue, or otherwise modify a product at our sole discretion. When you purchase a product from our Company, you are purchasing for your own use. Our products are not for resale.
