These butterfly pea flowers add a little surprise to any drink, hot or cold. On their own they steep up a gorgeous blue (but little flavor). Add citrus and a pH reaction turns the liquid all kinds of colors, from pink to purple to green. Wonderful in tea, lemonade, cocktails, or anywhere you want a moment of wonder.
