LIVE Shopping Participation
We ship daily. Our shipping charge is $8.50 flat rate, anywhere in the USA. We currently do not support shipping outside the USA.
Our processing time is 3-5 business days on average. Custom products can take closer to 7-9 business days.
Kits and event tools are shipped in batches and will likely ship separately from your other order items.
Tracking is delivered automatically to your email address.
We do not allow order cancellation once an order has been placed. If you receive an item damaged, please reach out to our customer support center in the bottom right hand corner of our website and our customer service staff will respond to you as quickly as they can.
Damaged orders and/or missing item reports must be made within 5 days of order receipt via tracking. Reports made after this timeframe cannot be considered.
Any clothing/apparel purchased with a coupon code or discount offering is not returnable. Clothing not considered final sale is subject to a restocking fee of 25% and must be an approved return. The 5 day timeframe applies.
We do not issue refunds back to your mode of payment. We issue store credits only, that can be used for later purchases.
Cart Check out & Claiming
Facebook LIVE SALES - During these LIVE sales, we create invoices and send them near the end of the show directly to your email address. You have 30 minutes after the show ends to complete check out via the link found in your invoice. Failure to pay is forfeiture of the items and you will be unable to shop with us in LIVE format in the future.
APP LIVE SALES - On app LIVE sales, you are clicking and adding items to your cart. Adding items to your cart is claiming items and is considered a commitment to finalize your cart checkout. Checkout of carts is due in 30 minutes of claiming.
The LIVE SALE shopping method is a fun way to interact with our customers. answer questions about products, and create a safe, educational atmosphere.
Spamming the feed with multiple comments, becoming negative or inappropriate to the host or other shoppers will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to refuse sale, ban or remove members of the feed that the host or other admin/moderators feel is causing a disturbance to the well being of the atmosphere or sales channel. Banning can be temporary or permanent; based on the discretion of the host for immediate dismissal without warning.
